The glór foyer is home to Raviolo Verde who provide delicious home-made Italian Pasta, Pizza, Ice-cream, Desserts & Coffee.
Open from 10am to 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Raviolo Verde’s David Simonetti hails from the Tyrolean area at the foot of the Dolomites, and his passion for cooking stems from the Alpine region’s culinary traditions, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, local and healthy.
Raviolo Verde at glór offers authentic, home-cooked Italian Food, cooked to order by not one, but three Italian Chefs, including one wonderful Pâtisserie Chef. All Dishes are created using locally sourced ingredients and served to your table, in the beautiful, spacious setting of glór foyer.
Raviolo Verde also serves a selection of cakes and desserts freshly baked in house, as well as luscious home-made ice-cream. Ask your waiter for details.
Pre Show suppers are available before many performances, or for a lighter option, why not choose an antipasti plate, available any evening, with select cheeses, meats, breads, olives and vegetables.

glór also boasts a full bar which is open for service in tandem with our evening performances. The bar opens half an hour before performance starting time. Why not save time and order your interval drinks at the bar before the show?
